radio/cd player and selection of cds microwave toaster kettle etc, gas fire in lounge and central
heating double glazed, outside patio with tables chairs brollys and a barbecue ,mains gas and electric
both included in the price, only a ten min walk to the beach and the town a large tescos a five minute
walk up the road, a £50 deposit will secure a week with the balance due 2 weeks before arrival
