At 38ft x 12ft our pristine 3 bedroom Swift Moselle is top quality, spacious and comfortable; located on a small, quiet cul-de-sac development.

It is double-glazed with instant hot water, radiator central heating, quality furnishings and lounge patio doors leading to decking which is equipped with table and chairs to sit out on those warm sunny days, overlooking the landscaped central area.

Facilities include a 42inch LED TV, DVD player, CD/Radio music centre, Bluetooth speaker, hair drier, fully equipped kitchen with fridge,freezer and microwave, comfortable lounge and dining area, WC/ shower room, 2nd WC, 1x double and 2x twin bedrooms.

Located, with its own parking space, in an excellent position at the head of a cul-de-sac where there are only 15 caravans surrounding an attractive landscaped area. Each pitch is arranged to afford privacy and security.

Hafan y Mor now features a 9 hole GOLF COURSE on site, an AERIAL ADVENTURE as well as a wide variety of activities and entertainment. Wi-Fi is available on site and at the caravan by arrangement with Haven at reasonable cost. A range of new facilities and attractions are arriving in 2019.

Our holiday home is quite close to all of the main amenities of HAFAN Y MOR and only a short walk (4 minutes) to the cafes, bars main entertainment facilities and leisure complex. Facilities include a swimming pool and slides, boating lake, rock gardens, sports hall & gym, ballpark, crazy golf, ropeworks, bike hire, supermarkets and laundry facilities.

Abersoch, Porthmadog, Pwllheli and Criccieth are within 15 minutes drive with Harlech, Portmeirion, Caernarfon, Beddgelert, Betws y Coed and Llanberis all within easy reach. There are a wide variety of attractions within the surrounding area, leaflets are available in reception. Bus and train services are available locally.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:- Bookings are available from March to-October and prices vary dependent on
season:-
ONLY WHOLE WEEK bookings STARTING SATURDAYS are available.
Payment by bank transfer or cheque please.
Water, Electricity and Gas are included.
Duvets and Pillows are provided (bring sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and consumables).
Passes for Park Facilities are optional at extra cost.
No under 18s (unless accompanied by adults) or single sex groups are permitted by Haven.
No pets are allowed in the caravan. This includes dogs.
No smoking is allowed in the caravan, in doorways or on the decking.
Guests need to bring their own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mat, tea towels
and consumables.
Barbecues are not allowed on the decking or within 2 metres of the caravan and must not damage the
grass (Haven Rules).
Only the people listed on the agreement form are allowed in the caravan at any time.
Road traffic law applies to all roads on site. They are regarded as public roads in law.
In all correspondence please confirm the composition of your party and provide a contact telephone
number.

To secure your holiday dates a £100 non-refundable deposit is to be paid. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks before any holiday begins. The full payment is required if the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start date of your holiday.

In addition a £100 security deposit will be required. Following a satisfactory inspection after your holiday this deposit will be returned unless evidence of smoking or pets and failure to provide bedding is found, but please note that the cost of damage, missing items and extra cleaning will be deducted. In the case of criminal damage the Police will be informed.
