Our Caravan is a 36' x 12' - 2 Bedroom 2012 ABI Elegance which is Exclusive to Park Resorts. (Gold Plus Rated)
It has an L-Shaped Lounge and Dining Area, a Practical and Accessible Galley-Style Kitchen with Generous Storage and Shelving, a Very Spacious Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed and En-Suite Toilet, plenty of Wardrobe Space, plus Enough Room for a Travel Cot, a Large Family Bathroom with Shower, and a Twin Bedroom. French Walnut Themed Furniture throughout.
All Bedding is Supplied you just need to bring your Toothbrush, Clothes & Towels.
Enjoy a Complimentary Welcome Cup of Tea and Coffee when you Arrive.
WiFi is Now Available in the Caravan (Chargeable)
It is Double Glazed throughout with Domestic Style Central Heating, and is furnished to High Standard to Include: A 32" Flat Screen TV in the Lounge with Built in Freeview, Separate DVD Player, Microwave, Fridge (With Ice Compartment), MP3 Player System and Speakers Built in (Just Plug in & Play)
The Caravan is on a Premium Plus Pitch - Kestrel Court 7 (KC 7) with Hard Standing for your Car
Outside Decking with a Table, Chairs & a Parasol for a Bit of Al-Fresco Dining
Sorry but we do NOT allow Pet's or Smoking in the caravan at any time. (Smoking is ONLY Permitted Outside on the Decking)
A Non Refundable booking Deposit of £50 is Required to Confirm all Bookings with the Balance being Due 4 Weeks before your Holiday.
We also Charge a Refundable Security/Damage Deposit of £75 Per Booking (Refunded Once the Caravan has been Checked for Damage etc. by Cheque in the Post)
Check in Time is from 1:00pm and Checkout is 11:00am
Prices Include the Gas & Electricity (Excessive Use of Gas is Charged at Cost).
Strictly NO BBQ's on the Decking (Only Permitted on the Grassed Area).
Please Note: Park Passes are NOT Included. These can be Purchased at Reception on Arrival.

Two Ways to Pay Your £50 Booking Deposit

Fill in your Holiday Dates in the "Pay Your Booking Deposit Here" Box above and Click Book Now. You can Pay Securely with your Debit or Credit Card VIA PayPal. (No PayPal Account Required). You will then automatically be Re-Directed to the Holiday Booking Form - This Must be Completed Fully Before Clicking Submit, and is Required by us Before we can Confirm your Booking.

You will then Receive a Confirmation Email within 24 Hours to advise your Holiday is Booked and Confirmed. (A Confirmation Letter will also be Sent by Post).

Once your Cheque and Holiday Booking Form have been Received a Confirmation Letter will be Sent by Post & Email.
Holiday Balances must to be Paid at Least six Weeks Before the Start of your Holiday. Plus a Refundable £75 Security/Damage Deposit. Which is Refunded in the Form of a Cheque Once the Caravan has been Checked for any Damages or Breakages and has been left Clean & Tidy.
Holiday Balances Paid with PayPal Incur an Additional £10 Charge to Help Cover the Cost of PayPal's Fees.
