Blackhills Caravan Park is a private secluded woodland site in the heart of the Gower Peninsular, the first designated area of outstanding natural beauty in the UK and a short drive away from Swansea and the village of Mumbles.
Ideally situated to access the beautiful beaches, outstanding walks and all amenities of the picturesque Gower Peninsula including the Three Cliffs landmark overlooking the sea. Clyne valley cycle path is a mile away and takes a flat route to the Mumbles and Swansea Bay sea front. The cycle and walk paths stretch six miles from Swansea Marina to Mumbles Pier. Pennard Golf Club is a short drive away and Fairwood Golf Club is situated next door. Local Beaches include Caswell Bay, Langland Bay, Three Cliffs Bay, Oxwich Bay, Rhossilli Bay to name but a few.

SITE FACILITIES:
On site is a children's play area, sports field, launderette, phone box, doggy walks & woodland trails.
Note: There are no arcades, bars or clubs, although we are adjoined to Fairwood Golf Club which serves food & drink. There are also many good pubs & restaurants within a short drive.

CARAVAN:
Kitchen: Gas cooker, extractor fan, Microwave Oven, Fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster and all cooking utensils.
Lounge: Comfortable lounge with sofa, chairs, small dining table with chairs, large flat screen TV, DVD / music player
Master Bedroom has comfortable double bed with new mattress, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with bedside lamps, mirrored dressing table and stool, wall lights and en-suite access to bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Twin beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed, wall lights
Hall: Long hall with overhead lights, offers access to family bathroom including shower, hand basin and toilet. A second door houses the central heating boiler, cylinder vacuum cleaner
Patio Area: Six seater patio table & chairs each with comfortable individual cushions. Deck chairs and barbecue are available for use. Gas & electric included.

Note: Please bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels.

ELIGIBILITY:
1) Suitable for couples / families only. (No Stag / Hen parties or large groups)
2) Visitors must bring their own Duvet covers, sheets, Pillow Cases and Towels
3) No same sex groups
4) Strictly no pets
5) Non-smoking
6) Visitors must respect that this is a family site and loud music / parties will not be permitted
7) Only the people specifically renting the caravan are allowed to reside in the caravan.
8) Visitors must observe the speed limit when coming onto or out of the caravan park as children may be playing.
9) The caravan MUST be left clean & tidy

BREACH OF ABOVE WILL RESULT IN THE VISITORS BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY

Caravan is available to couples and families looking to enjoy the peace and quiet and amenities of the Gower including walks, cycling, golf, fishing, pony trekking and of course the wonderful beaches.
