This Lodge has 3 bedrooms which sleeps up to a maximum of 7 people.
The Lodge is situated 5 minutes from the beach in a quiet area of the park not far from most of the amenities and is surrounded by fantastic landscaped gardens. The lodge is classed as a Luxury accommodation and has a real feel of home from home and is well equipped with all you will need for your holiday plus lots of extras.

The lounge area has a 55" LCD full HD wall mounted TV, a very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater recliner leather sofas, puffer, 2 small table and table lamps, a separate dining area with table and 4 chairs. 2 double sockets with 2 USB ports to charge your devices.

Bedroom 1, Full size double bed plus 1 full size single bed, wall mounted 26" LCD TV/Freeview, a double socket with USB ports to charge your devices & a hair dryer.

Bedroom 2, Full size double bed with a wall mounted 26" LCD TV/Freeview, a double socket with USB ports to charge your devices.

Bedroom 3, Full size bunk beds.

The Bathroom has a W/C, shower, sink and shaving point.
There is also a handy separate W/C and sink.

There is a full inventory in the kitchen i.e. plates, cups, knives, forks etc., also full size gas hob & electric oven, washing machine, microwave, iron/ironing board, 4 slice toaster, kettle, family size fridge/freezer,
A breakfast bar with 3 high stool chairs.

There are lots of extras including. Lots of storage to place your belongings, plenty of clothes hangers in the wardrobes. Double Glazing and full central heating to take away the chill of the evening.
Also outside is a double car parking space, a large decking patio area with Rattan table, chairs so you can enjoy those lovely summer evenings alfresco style.

The Lodge is situated in stunning location with stunning views of Snowdonia mountain range & Cardigan Bay.
