Situated on the beautiful Beverley Bay and just a short walk from Beverley Park. Goodrington Sands is just a 10 minute walk away where you find the lovely beach, Cafes, Amusements, Pub and Restaurant and the famous splashdown water park, Paignton Zoo is not to far away either. There is a bus stop close the site which takes you to Paignton, Torquay and Babbacombe. You can even take the steam train from Goodrington to Dartmouth. Brixham is only 5 miles away and you can get there by bus or even the ferry from Paignton Harbour
Owner Description
Comprising of 2 bedrooms (1 double 1 twin & travel cot) with wardrobes and ample overhead storage. All bed linen provided with master bedroom having a vanity area and ensuite.
The living room has an L shaped seating area with a 32" Led tv and DVD player and a relaxing log effect electric blow air heater, 2 USB ports and a dining table with comfortable seating for 4.
The kitchen is U shaped with soft touch cupboards with all cutlery, crockery and pots n pans a large gas cooker with extractor fan and a fridge with freezer compartment.
The Bathroom has a shower with wash basin, WC and a heated towel rail. It also has wall mounted radiators in all rooms and double glazing and fitted carpets throughout.
For that rainy day there is a selection of board games. And don't worry about parking because you have your own bay. Included in the price are your facility passes enabling you to use both Starlight and The Salwater Pub entertainment venues and all other facilities.
Holiday Park Facilities - Most facilities will be closed between November - March
The Starlight venue offers bingo, early evening kids club and entertainment with top acts and the Beverley crew. The Saltwater Pub (Beverley Bay) screens all the sport, Pool tables and Free WiFi and a terrace overlooking the heated outdoor swimming pool with sea views.
The Oasis Leisure Centre has it's own indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Sauna and Fitness Gym. There is a large heated outdoor swimming pool with kids pool and terrace bar with café.
The Jetty lounge restaurant and bar offers a wide selection of beers and wines and serves excellent food throughout the day (including breakfast). The amusement arcade and kids soft play area will keep the younger members of your family entertained for hours.
There is also a crazy golf course at an additional cost. Should you need to do any washing then there is a Launderette on site and a Spar shop should you have to stock up on any essentials.
Booking Terms
£100 deposit required on booking (non refundable)
Full payment required within 6 weeks of holiday.
Must be over the age of 21 to book (park rules).
No hen or stag parties (park rules).
No smoking or vaping in the static home.
Noise to a minimum after 10pm (park rules).
No fireworks or Chinese lanterns to be set off (park rules).
BBQs are not permitted on accommodation decking. Please ensure BBQs are raised up from the ground using bricks and not directly on the grass.
Please leave the static home clean and tidy.
You are responsible for any loss, damage or breakages that may occur.
Only 1 car per caravan.
Please turn off all electric points apart from fridge on departure.
Check in after 3pm. Departure by 10am.
No cycles, skateboards,scooters or fishing equipment aloud in static
