Dates available in Summer holidays. 16th August-30th August 2025. Our much loved 2 bedroom caravan is sited in a fabulous location, at the superb family run Harlyn Sands Holiday Park at Harlyn Bay. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach! Our beautiful caravan has an ensuite WC, king size bed and walk in wardrobe. With a twin bedroom that can be made into a small double. Central heating, double glazing, fully fitted kitchen including Microwave, Ninja Airfryer, Gas oven, Hob and full size Fridge Freezer. A large Smart TV in a comfortable lounge with fully installed Wi Fi. A dining table with 4 chairs. Outdoor furniture and BBQ for those sunny day
Owner Description
Harlyn Sands Holiday Park is ideal for families and has an indoor pool (there is a small charge), kid's club, club house with entertainment, Snack Shack, Restaurant, launderette and shop.
Our caravan is sited close to Harlyn Bay beach, with a 5 minute walk down through the site’s private access which takes you to a stunning sandy beach. As well as breath-taking coastal walks along the SW coastal Path.
The caravan is also surrounded by seven spectacular sandy bays, all within a ten minute drive from the site and a choice of five different beaches within walking distance from the site, makes our location an absolute beach lovers and surfers paradise!
Harlyn Bay, being the nearest, is a safe, sandy, family beach, where the surf school offers lessons and hire for surfing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. There is also a popular 18 hole golf course just two minutes drive away!
Our lovely caravan has gas central heating and double glazing for those odd British days.
The lounge area has comfortable seating with an electric fire. We have a large Smart TV and have WiFi installed in the caravan for maximum enjoyment. We also have family games which you are welcome to enjoy.
There is a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs in the dining area.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including a Ninja Airfryer/grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, full size fridge freezer and gas oven and hob. We provide all cleaning materials, cling film etc and have a Shark upright cleaner.
The caravan has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King size bed, walk in wardrobe, TV and ensuite WC and wash basin. There is plenty of storage space around the bed and in the wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with a wardrobe and storage space. Coat hangers are supplied in both wardrobes.
There is a bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet.
Outside there is a patio table and chairs, washing line and BBQ with parking for two cars .
PLEASE NOTE: We provide a king size duvet and 2 single duvets and pillows. You will need to bring all bed linen (including king size sheet and duvet cover), towels/beach towels and tea towels as these are not provided).
Booking Terms
A non refundable £100 deposit per week booked is required to secure the rental period.
The balance of the holiday needs to be paid in full, no later than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
A further £100 key/damage deposit is required at the time of final payment. This will be returned within 7 days of departure as long as the caravan is returned in the same condition given on arrival and without any spillages/ damages. If any additional cleaning is required this will result in a reduction of the deposit amount being returned.
All payments to be made by Bank Transfer please.
A booking form will be sent out when a deposit has been paid, this will need to be completed and returned. This will be forwarded onto the site reception who will make up the arrival pack, once the balance has been made in full.
On the day of arrival you will be able to collect keys and welcome pack, including club passes, from Reception and access the caravan from 3 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed).
You will need to depart the caravan by 10 a.m on your day of departure and the keys need to be returned back to reception.
The Site does not permit the charging of electric cars from the caravans – Other charging stations are not far from site.
