Ideally situated for direct access to the beach, golf course and town centre. Non-smoking and no pets allowed, caravan is in immaculate condition. Lots of extras, such as cleaning materials, condiments, etc. Home from home comfort. Owner since 2009.
Booking Terms
Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Friday bookings only. Deposit of £100 is required upon booking and refunded post holiday, subject to damage limitation. Balance to be paid in full 5 weeks prior to holiday date. Names of occupants required and children ages. No passes are included in the price, however, these can be purchased from the reception. Bedding provided on request. No towels provided. No WiFi. A fee of £50 will be deducted for cleaning costs should the caravan be left in an unexceptionable poor state. Non-smoking and no pets allowed.
