2 bedrooms sleeps 4 .Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with full bath and overhead shower .Plus one twin bedroom and separate shower room .Both bedrooms have tv,s in twin room has a dvd also .Our caravan is set third row back from the sea front ,15 mins walk to Berwick town which has a small market on twice aweek .Steps down to beach 2 mins from us and entertainment area 5 mins away but not to close to caravan .A lovely family caravan for all .A large picnic table is along side the caravan as well as chairs and small table .

Beautiful 2 Bed 2 bathroom caravan with sea views, full wrap around decking accessed through the patio doors from living room with table and seating to enjoy the sea view and a family meal al-fresco. Master
No more thsbedroom has en suite bathroom with full bath and overhead shower, bedroom 2 is a twin room with 2 single beds and there is also a shower room with power shower. .Bedding is provided but not towels .
Booking Terms
Deposit £50 , balance to be paid 4weeks before arrival date, £50 also to be paid for any damages or spillage which will be refunded once caravan has been checked on departure for a 4 night stay ,£100 deposit for same on a 7 night stay .No more than 4 people in caravan this number includes children .Also no smoking allowed in caravan or on decking at all ,bond for caravan will not be refunded if this happens .
