A family owned, modern, spacious 2 bedroom holiday home with a large decking area and stunning panoramic views over Swanage. Our caravan is located in a quiet, privately owned Holiday Park within Swanage. The holiday home is modern with all modern facilities. We have a very large, well established plot with a large decking area that has stunning views across the hills. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player. We also have a strong wifi connection that is free to use for all guests. The beach, town centre, restaurants, cafes and bars are all only a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.
LOUNGE: Our holiday home benefits from a comfortable and modern lounge with free standing furniture. There is double patio doors that look over the beautiful views, 43" flat screen TV, separate DVD player, Freeview, a remote electric fire. The caravan has central heating and is fully double glazed. The large living space will cater for a Kingsize double height air mattress which is provided.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Our holiday home has been fitted with a modern kitchen which includes built in fridge / freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and utensils. The dining area has free standing table and chairs for 4 people along with 2 high stools at the breakfast bar. We have also provided an ironing board, iron and a vacuum cleaner.
BEDROOMS: Our holiday home has two bedrooms:
A master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with fitted wardrobe.
To sleep 6 there is a Double Height Air Mattress provided with duvet, pillows and all linen that will need to be placed in the Living Room. The mattress has an in built pump.
BATHROOM & TOILET: Luxury double shower fitted with glass door, toilet and sink.
MASTER BEDROOM ENSUITE: This holiday home has the luxury of an additional double shower, toilet and sink attached to the master bedroom.
HEATING: Our holiday home is double-glazed and has full central heating with radiators in all rooms.
DUVETS & PILLOWS ARE PROVIDED WITH LINEN. TOWELS ALSO PROVIDED FOR YOUR COMFORT AND EASE.
PARKING: Our holiday home has its own driveway at the front of the mobile home, the driveway can park up to 3 cars but there is further car parking down at the bottom of the holiday park.
CHECK IN: Check in is usually from 2pm. Check out is usually before 10am on the morning of departure.
We are flexible with our holiday home bookings, so please contact us with the days that suit you.
The holiday park has a swimming pool on-site with a restaurant that serves food. They also provide entertainment throughout the high seasons.
We feel our holiday home has everything you need to a have an enjoyable holiday in Swanage, if there is anything extra which you need please do not hesitate to ask as we will try to accommodate all requests.
We will be able to provide a list of recommendations of places to visit within the area and surrounding areas of Swanage, many tried and loved coastal walks, recommended restaurants and take aways.

RESERVATION / PAYMENT:
Full payment of the agreed amount is to be paid within eight (8) weeks of the date of your stay. If payment is not paid within eight (8) weeks, we reserve the right to offer the caravan to other parties. There will be a 25% deposit upon booking to confirm the reservation.
There will also be an additional £50 cleaning fee.
If you cancel your stay within six (6) weeks of the date of your stay without justification, we reserve the right to return the full amount less £100 (to cover losses for potential bookings).
