It has a fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, gas cooker, and microwave. There is a separate area for dining with glass and chrome table and chairs.
There is a shower room with toilet and wash basin and a second separate toilet with wash basin.
Each bedroom has integral wardrobes and bedside tables
Two bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room and the third bedroom has a full size double bed.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are accessed via a hallway which is separate from the kitchen and sitting room.
The caravan has gas central heating and is all fully double glazed making it very warm.
Outside there is a lovely decking area with a rattan sofa and coffee table and a rattan table with seating for 6 people
There is a small club house and shop on site which has regular entertainment during peak times.
The beach which is beautiful is approximately 300 metres from the caravan and accessed over the dunes
The town is about half a mile away and a little train can take you there for a small cost and the train stops just outside the caravan site
The site itself is quite small and very friendly
This a no pet and no smoking van
This is my holiday van and only rented out a few weeks per year.
