8 berth luxury caravan with high quality upvc gated veranda
Large lounge area with comfortable settee style seating, tv with freeview & also a dvd as well, dvd films are provided for customers to use also not forgetting cartoon dvds for the younger children.
We try to provide family board games for everyone should the weather not be too great outside or even for a quiet night in the caravan after an hetic day out, also provided are childrens reading books as well.
All 3 beds have qulaity domestic style mattresses for a great nights sleep, each bedroom does have fixed heating instlled for those early or late season chilly nights together with a few blankets as well if are needed.
Pillows & duvets are provided for each bed but no sheets or duvet covers but however these can be hired off a third party for a small charge.
Side of the lounge area & oppersite the kitchen is a dining area again with comfortable seating.
In the well equipped kitchen you should find most things needed in order should you need to cook a quick snack or a main family meal.
Parking is available right next to the caravan on a double slabbed parking area.
Close by is the childrens play park which the kids will love & want to go on there upon first sight of it, a couple minutes walk will bring you to the well stocked site shop ideal for that morning newspaper or bottle of milk for a cuppa.
At bottem of the caravan park is a large entertainmet complex ( totally unconneted to the caravan park as such ) which has a large cafe at the side with amusements areas to the front together with a family showbar upstairs with regular entertainment sometimes of major tribute acts.
Another few minutes walk brings you to 2 more family entertainment places with regualar entertainment on.
Just around the corner from the caravan park entrance/exit areas is a bus stop whereby around 10/15 minutes bus ride to the main town of Skegness & all main shops, pubs, beach also the Embassy Theatre with many well know popular shows on.
Therr is also plenty to see & places to visit further around the wider lincolnshire area if have transport.
Booking Terms
A £50.00 deposit ( non refundable in event of cancellation ) secures your booking with your balnce & refundable bond payments due 2 months prior to arrival at he caravan.
The £50.00 bond is fully refunded once the owners have safely recived keys/barrier swipe card back undamged plus upon the caravan being fully checked after customers departure with all being found clean & tidy in all areas with no damgage or items missing.
We do not allow any pets of any kind with only exception being of registered assistance dogs e.g. blind , hearing, etc.
No groups of young people allowed or stag & hen parties either,
We cater for families & mature couples over 25 years age
Strictly no smoking allowed inside of the caravan ( this invadiates our insurance )
Bedding covers/sheets are not provided but can be hired for small extra charges.
