8 birth luxury caravan on coastfields holiday village, ingoldmills
Owner Description
New for 2020 is our 12ft Wide, Double glazed, Central heated Willerby Lymington modern Caravan, It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people.
Our Caravan is situated on Coastfields Holiday Village, Roman Bank, Ingoldmills, PE251JU.
The open plan living area is spacious and the kitchen has a full sized integrated fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and all other equipment required for cooking and preparing food.
The seating has lots of fluffy cushions to relax with, there's a 32inch Freeview TV with a DVD player and a selection of films to watch.
There's also a selection of board games, dominoes and cards.
There's a shower room and a separate toilet. Please bring your own towels.
The caravan has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, it also has a double sofa bed in the lounge with bedding provided for all the beds.
On site there's a swimming pool, family show bar, separate sports bar, restaurant, spar supermarket, laundrette, Chinese and chip shop takeaways, arcade and a children's play area.
Site passes included when staying 4 nights or more.
The beach is a 2 minute walk from the caravan and a short walk to Fantasy Island, local bars and all other attractions including a trampoline park and an animal farm for you to enjoy a family day out. There are bus stops close to the site if you fancy a day trip to Skegness or Chapel St Leonard's.
Our caravan is handy for a calm and quiet getaway or a fun and exciting holiday.
Booking Terms
Prices start from £275 for 7 nights with a non-refundable £50 deposit up front to secure your holiday and the balance is due 8 weeks before you arrival date. An extra refundable damage bond of £50 is required. This however will be returned within 14 days of checking the caravan to ensure there are no damages.
Check in is at the main reception between 14:00 and 17:00 they will issue you with the keys and passes for onsite facility’s as well as a welcome pack. Once I have all of your party details and payment I will pass this information to them so they know who you are when you arrive.
We are currently taking booking for 2020, so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment. July and august are weeks only. For the rest of the season is 4 nights Monday to Friday, 5 nights monday to Saturday, 6 night's Saturday to Friday or 7 nights Saturday to Saturday.
Ideal for family and friends. Lead name on the booking to be over the age of 21.
Please No smoking, No pets, No all-male or all female groups i.e. no stag/hen parties.
