8 berth luxury caravan close to the childrens play park on site making this caravan ideal for families with young children , once the children notice the play park on first arrival they will want to go on there,
Lounge area has comfortable settee style seating with tv & freeview together of a dvd player, we do provide lots of dvd films for all to watch including the childrens cartoon dvds as well.
Family board games are provided should the weather not be too great outside or even a quiet night in the caravan after an hetic day out.
Next to the lounge is a dining area with the well equipped kitchen being oppersite, you will find most things provided within the kitchen weather you decide to cook a simple snack or a full blown family meal.
Off the main areas is a small corridor leading to the bedrooms & shower room & also seperate toilet as well,
All the bedrooms have fixed heating installed for those cooler chilly evenings, all beds hav edomestic style mattresses so you can be assured of a restful nights sleep waking up refreshed for another eventful day out.
At bottem of the caravan park next to the entrance/exit areas is an family entertainment complex ( totally un conneted to the caravan park itself ) which houses a large cafe & childrens indoor soft play area as well as a large amusements area at the front, upstairs is a family showbar with regualar entertainment from many well known stars & tribute acts as well.
Another few minutes walk will bring you to 2 more family entertainment places ortherwise during the day times to 2 different markets & also the fantasy island areas & fairground with lots fantastic rides & rollercoasters.
Booking Terms
A £50.00 deposit (non refundable in event of cancellation ) with your balance & refundable bond payments being due 2 months prior to arrival at he caravan, ( exceptions made for short notice bookings )
All prices are plus a £50.00 refundable bond which is returned after departure upon conditons of caravan being left clean & tidy in all areas together with no damgages or items missing also once keys/barrier swipe card received back by owners undamged.
We do not accept any pets in our caravan with the only exception being of registered assistance dogs e.g. blind, hearing, etc.
No groups of young people allowed nor of stag or hen parties
we do welcome families & mature adults over the age of 25 years (if you happen to be a young family under 25 years age, please let us know & we will try to accomadate yourselves )
Very strictly no smoking inside the caravan (this invadiates our insurance )
