Bedrooms consist of one double bedroom and three twin rooms, plus another ¾ bed can be made up in the living room. All rooms have wardrobes or cupboard spaces.
Site amenities: The site is Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards. A thriving traditional seaside village with easy bus links to Ingoldmells and Skegness right outside the park. There are an abundance of facilities to keep all of the family entertained all day and night.

Beach:
The sandy beach is very close by, just a few minutes walk from Sherwood Park, and even closer from Lincoln Park. The miles of sandy beach also has a promenade where you can walk in both directions either along the coast to Chapel St. Leonards Village in one direction, or along the coast to Ingoldmells in the opposite direction, either way you will be enjoying the views and get plenty of fresh air.

Terms and Conditions of Use
Prior to your Stay
When booking your stay, a non-refundable deposit of £100 for each weeks stay will be required to secure your booking.
The final balance of your booking must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to your stay.
If your preferred holiday date is within 6 weeks, the full amount will be required to secure your booking.
A ‘Cleaning & Damage’ deposit of £50.00 is payable with the final balance. If the caravan is found to be in reasonable condition at the time of your departure, a full refund will be issued no later than 7 days after checkout.
We operate a key handling facility with Golden Palm Resort, all keys must be collected from the site between 3pm and 5pm on the day of your arrival. A key security deposit of £20 will be charged on collection of keys, this must be paid in cash and will be refunded when keys are returned along with your security bond receipt. Reception hours are 9am to 5pm 7 days a week, if you think you may arrive or depart after this time please contact the holiday park reception to enable alternative key collection and drop off to be arranged. The park reception number is 01754 874444 (option 1).
Bookings cannot be accepted from single sex parties.
Smoking is not allowed in the caravan. Smokers should take the upmost responsibility to ensure that the disposal of cigarette butts are done safely and MUST NOT dispose of their cigarette butts on the ground surrounding the caravan.
During your stay
The holiday caravan assigned to the hirer may be used only for holiday purposes and will not be used for sleeping more persons than the number of berths indicated by the proprietor.
The Hirer is responsible for the conduct of his/her guests and family and shall take steps to ensure that their behaviour does not cause a nuisance, inconvenience or disturbance to other occupiers or cause damage to property belonging to the Proprietor or such other occupiers.
The Hirer agrees to indemnify the Proprietor in respect of any damage caused to the Proprietor's property or to the property of third parties and against personal injury caused by the Hirer or members of the Hirer’s party.
The Hirer’s vehicle is parked entirely at his/her own risk and the Proprietor is under no liability whatsoever in respect of any damage caused by or to the vehicle from whatever cause or for the loss or damage to articles left therein.
The Hirer must give notification of any damage to the proprietors using the mobile numbers provided.
The Proprietor will not be liable to the Hirer nor his/her guests or any dependants for any injury or loss or damage to any property howsoever caused.
Upon departure
The Hirer is responsible to ensure that the caravan and its contents are left in a clean and tidy condition before departure.
The caravan MUST be departed by no later than 10am.
All refuse or litter is to be deposited in the refuse bins provided, and the area surrounding the caravan is to be kept in a clean and tidy condition.
All keys provided at the time of check-in must be returned to the on-site key holder
IMPORTANT NOTICE
In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions by the Hirer the Proprietor shall be entitled to give the Hirer and his/her guests and/or family immediate notice to vacate the caravan, and to charge any expenses incurred in doing so.
