We look forward to welcoming you and your family to our cosy and traditional caravan. Four guests are allowed to stay and there is one double and a twin room. We can accept two small pets to this property.

Beds made up for your arrival
Check-in from 2pm
The caravan has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 guests.
The caravan has shower room and separate WC.
Full size fridge- freezer.
Central heating and double glazing and radiators
In all bedrooms.
Hairdryer in main bedroom.
Outside storage box for bikes, garden chairs, bbq gear,
Beach toys etc.
TV with Freeview and DVD player with a selection of films.
Seated vanity area in master bedroom.
A gas fire in the living area.
Both bedrooms contain ample storage space.
Tea and coffee making facilities.
No other caravans directly in front of view.
Essentials provided such as washing liquid and toilet paper.
Access to the caravan is via a key safes are so guests
can simply let themselves in at whatever time they arrive.
Dining table and seating facilities for four guests.

Booking Terms
Booking is straightforward. If the dates you wish to stay are available you can pay the £50 deposit via credit card, bank transfer, cheque or PayPal to secure the dates. This comes of the balance.We will contact you 6 weeks before your holiday begins for the balance, then send the arrival details. For bookings within 6 weeks of arrival we will require full payment on booking.
I always send a confirmation of payment via e-mail, plus receipt and booking form.
