From Visitor!! I just wanted to drop you an email saying how impressed we were with the caravan on Fir Close Idea location all in walking distance for everything we need. Very well equipped and perfect for small children. We shall definitely be booking with you again. It was the best break we have ever had at Devon Cliffs due to the accommodation I am sure! This no smoking, Platinum 4 berth holiday home benefits from front opening French doors, lock gated Veranda with breathtaking sea views,two toilets, and an en-suite bedroom with space for a travel cot.
Lounge
This holiday home benefits from an extremely luxurious lounge with French doors opening out onto the veranda with beautiful sea views.There is free standing domestic furniture, fixed units, colour 32" flat screen TV, Blu/Ray player,Free view and a flame effect fire with stone effect surround.
Kitchen & Dining Area
Ultra modern luxury kitchen, which includes an integrated fridge and freezer, superb cooker and microwave.The dining area is complete with free standing dining table and 4 chairs.
WE PROVIDE all BED LINEN in the price BED will be made up on your arrival so all of this taken care for you, before you arrive, so less stressful.
Bedroom's
This accommodation has two beautifully designed bedrooms furnished to the highest standards; one luxury double (fitted with a 19” TV/DVD) with en-suite toilet and wash room, and one twin room (the twin beds can be pushed together to make a double bed).A standard travel cot will fit in the double bedroom.
Bathroom & Toilet
This beautiful accommodation also benefits from a fully fitted shower and into a small Bath for small child with full size shower, toilet and wash basin.
Heating
Yes. The caravan is fitted with double glazing and has a gas combo boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms.
Veranda
Complete with latched gate, which has a lockable gate for the safety of small children. Patio doors lead to a large 8 ft wrap-around decked veranda with dining table and chairs for you to relax and enjoy those sunny days taking in the fabulous.
Devon Cliffs On Site Facilities
Beautiful sandy beach less than 3 minutes stroll from caravan, with bar, restaurant and shop overlooking the bay.

There is no queuing to check in we will meet and greet you so you will not lose valuable holidays time waiting for access to your holiday home.
It is ideally situated approximately. Car parking space on Tarmac with its own number space for you to use.
WITH 2,000 Caravans on site Fir Close is in a prime location, with easy access to both.
No need to get in the car. 3 minutes walk from the main amenities and entertainment complex and also to the beach. If you intend to spoil yourself and require excellent levels of comfort and accommodation, then this is most definitely the choice for you.
PLEASE NOTE
I believe I'm much better value and offer lots of extras you either can't get Haver or need to pay extra for.
I have gated wraparound decking lovely seaviews, private parking beside van bed made up for arrival buckets and spades DVDs,books and games. And all the homely touches that make private van so much more welcoming and comfortable

Booking Terms
To secure your holiday booking a £100 deposit is required. Further payments can be made either as a one off payment is made you will receive an email confirming. Once your final payment has been paid
along with your payment confirmation you will also receive your holiday confirmation confirming all the necessary information you will require for your stay at Devon Cliffs. Fir Close is in a prime location, which you would not use the car on site as you can walk to both the local beach, and on to the amenities, you can be any where on Devon cliffs with 2,000 caravan on site to get to the beach or the amenities you may need the car. I am sure if you book with us you will not be disappointed.
Payment can be made either by Cheque or
by Bank Transfer, the later being the safest option. Details will be provided on your preference. Please note that if the holiday commences within 7 weeks then only bank transfer will be accepted.
Our Devon Cliffs caravan is considered a Prestige to enable us to be competitive and to offer you the best value for money with BIG savings against Haven prices, stays are based on Saturday to Saturday, if you would like prices for short breaks please contact me.
