This is a Willerby Boston Lodge 40’x20’ and is built to residential specifications. It has 2 bedrooms one with en-suite shower room and one family bathroom with shower above bath. It has a fully fitted kitchen with full size oven, microwave, 4 ring hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is an L shaped decking with furniture. There is tarmac parking next to Lodge. This is in a quiet area of the Park. A great place for walkers and bird watches being just ten minute drive from Titchwell and Snettersham.
Owner Description
The Park has a Club House with restaurant and entertainment facilities for adults. It also has a children’s club plus an amusement arcade and indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The beach is approximately ten minutes away. There is a large Tesco store just outside the Park.
Booking Terms
£100 deposit on booking with balance of payment 4 weeks before arrival. We do accept monthly payments if required.
