Welcome pack on arrival. Beds made up on arrival. Tasteful interior decoration. Here I have a beautiful 2 bedroom caravan with a wrap around balcony for hire all year round situated on the beautiful coast line and right on the beach coast of crimdon Dean, pet friendly. Stunning views out over the sea. I also have a 3 bedroom 8 birth standard caravan available
Owner Description
The caravan has 2 bedroom 1 with a double bed fitted wardrobes and access straight into the bathroom and 1 with 2 single beds there is also a pull out single bed.
There is electric wall heaters in all rooms plus a gas fire in living area. The living space is modem with a large leather sofa, wall mounted TV, Nintendo wii, dvd player. There is patio doors leading onto the balcony.
The caravan also has a seaview
There is a dining table all kitchen equipment is provided.
All bedding is provided and beds made up before arrival, all cleaning products are also in the caravan. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided with fresh milk.
Booking Terms
Price of stay + there is a extra £50 breakable deposit returned after checkout once the caravan has been checked.
£50 depisit to secure the booking then remaining balance due 14 days before holiday starts this is non refundable on cancellation
