Bookings now being taken for 2022. No payments required until 5 weeks before your booked date. Summer School holidays still available, midweek to midweek breaks available, if required. We have a 4/5 berth caravan available for rent, situated at the award winning Ladram Bay site, (East Devon) which has fantastic amenities for a lovely holiday.
Owner Description
The caravan has all the facilities you would need including :-
Double glazing, central heating, patio doors opening out onto decking area, with table, chairs and seating.
1 x double bedded room with en-suite toilet and basin, 1 x twin bedded room, (all beds are supplied with sheets, pillow cases and quilts, ( but NOT towels)
Bathroom with roomy shower, toilet and basin. Kitchen with all cutlery, plates and pans, full size integrated gas oven and microwave. Hob, toaster, and full size fridge / freezer. Comfortable Living area with electric fire and TV / DVD player(with assorted DVD's). There is large pull-out bed, if required. We do not allow pets.
Price shown is for 7 nights. Longer / shorter stays may be OK according to availability. Prices pro rata.
Price includes all amenities and electric and sufficient gas. Admission to swimming pool complex is not included in the price.
