Located on the West Sands site at Bunn Leisure , Selsey, Our caravan has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6, has central heating and is equipped throughout. WiFi is available on a pay as you go basis. Caravan can be booked from March through to December. All you need to bring is sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, tea towels plus bath Matt if required. Caravan is situated on the West Sands site and all entertainment facilities and private beach are easily accessible either by walking or by using the free bus and bunny bus service (a treat for the kids!)
Owner Description
Our caravan is classed as a Abi Blenheim Premier which has at the rear a metal shed which contains extras such as table/chairs/sun beds/parasol/windbreaker/cool box with ice packs for your use. There is also a bbq available and adequate space around the caravan to relax.
Its interior is well laid out with a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and good sized bedrooms, the master has en-suite toilet.
In addition you will find an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the cupboards. We also have 2 TV’s ( one in lounge area and one in master bedroom) and a host of boards games books and cd’s.
Booking Terms
Our booking terms are either 4 or 7 nights, with weekend breaks also available.
A deposit of £100 is due at time of booking, this is non refundable if you cancel within 1 month of your arrival date. The balance needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
(In addition, we ask for a damage deposit of £75 refundable subject to checkout assessment.)
On receipt of a confirmed reservation, a booking form will need to be completed for presentation on arrival.
