Set on a quiet site near the Kent Coast. Mini-mart on site, plus a laundry, play park and a shower block. No dogs are allowed on this caravan park . This beautiful 6 berth caravan is on the family run caravan park E & J Piper. The caravan has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin room. The sofa in the front room area converts into a double bed. Main bathroom with shower and clean fully equipped kitchen. On the site there are a couple of children play/park areas as well as a laundrette and clean shower/toilet block. A short walk away is Dymchurch town with a long sandy beach and children's fairground/amusement arcades.

Booking Terms

Payment – To make a reservation a £50 deposit is required by bank transfer. Balance is due two weeks before holiday commencement.
Arrivals and Departures – The caravan will be available to guests from 2pm, we will send details of where to find the keys once full payment has been received. The caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Cleaning – We would be grateful if you could leave the caravan as you found it and report and breakages or damages.
Smoking – No smoking is allowed in the caravan.
Pets – No pets allowed in the caravan or on the caravan site.
Occupancy – Only those persons listed on the booking form may occupy the accommodation.
Linen – Duvets and pillows are supplied but please bring your duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Cancellation – If you cancel your reservation for any reason we must be notified by telephone immediately. In the event of cancellation every effort to re-let the caravan will be taken and you will be reimbursed in full (minus £30 administration fee). If we are unable to re-let cancellation costs are as follows:

Over 4 weeks, your deposit will be forfeited
Less than 4 weeks you will be liable to pay the full cost of rental
