Our caravan has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area sleeps up to six. Bedding is provided. Very comfortable lounge area with central heating, smart TV and DVD player, Xbox and games for rainy days, free on-site WIFI The kitchen has large fridge freezer, an air fryer, coffee machine, pots and pans and a microwave, tea towels and all you will need for a great self catering stay, The bathroom has a large shower, we only supply hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer are provided, Launderette on site Few minutes walk to beach, and a short distance to Arbroath amenities, pubs restaurants, many takeaways, mini golf, cinema, childrens play park, indoor amusement and Golf club and of course the beach, Arbroath is the perfect place to make Happy memories
