When you first enter the home through the entrance door you enter the kitchen,
You will find a full clean kitchen with lots of cupboard storage space. There is a gas oven and 4 burner gas hob also a microwave, Kettle, toaster and tableware, plates, bowels, cutlery for 6

From the Kitchen you will find the large lounge and dining area, with built in double sofa bed and walnut flooring and a comfortable suite with new rug, gas fire, smart TV, digital Bluetooth CD player, double glazed windows, gas central heating

through the kitchen you find the family bathroom fitted with shower, mirror, sink, toilet, double grazed window, In the hallway cupboard there is a new combi boiler

The next room is the twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, double glazed window

At the rear of the holiday home is the large double bedroom with en-suite and plenty of wardrobe storage place, double glazed window

You are only a few meters walk from the beach access gate where you will find a large sandy beach, and the coastal walkway / cycle way which gives you flat level walking in both directions for miles and plenty of rest Points to watch the sunset

Golden sands Holiday park has lots of facilities including a Showbar with top quality entertainment, the sandpiper bar and restaurant, Amusement arcade, take away, launderette, shop, indoor and out door play areas, a swimming pool complex, Bingo and Kids Club
Please note club passes must be purchased at reception to use these facilities and the cost is not included in our prices

Candles are not permitted in any room of the holiday home under any circumstances and disposable barbeques are not allowed

Dogs are Not allowed in this home due to allergies, please do not bring your dog, you will be asked to leave, sorry

There is a £50 damage bond required upon booking which will be returned to you within 7 days of your holiday

Beds will be made up prior to your arrival and Keys can be obtained from reception from 3.00pm on the day of your arrival
and to be returned to reception by 10.00 am on the day of your departure
