Holiday Home 612 is conveniently situated in a quiet area of the site with the park a five minute walk to the left and RJ's a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction. Brean Splash and Brean Soft Play along with the Theme Park are about a 15 minute walk across the site. Free standing furniture and newly refurbished. The site also boasts a fishing lake and an 18 hole golf course situated in Brean Country Club.
Owner Description
You will be staying in a fully refurbished 2014 Abi Alderley Holiday Home that sleeps 6 and is pet friendly. With one double bedroom which is ensuite and one twin room, with a pullout double sofa bed in the large lounge area. It also has a seperate shower and 2nd WC. The double bedroom and lounge both have televisions.
Free WIFI is included along with all passes and onsite parking.
The caravan includes everything you need to enjoy your stay including a fridge freezer, microwave and all cooking utensils should you wish to cater for yourselves.
Booking Terms
£75.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Payment in full plus a £100.00 returnable Care and Respect Bond must be received 4 weeks before your holiday at which point your fees become non refundable. (Any supplemental charges and Care and Respect Bond will be refunded in full)
