Hoover and extra cleaning equipment left for your use

Lots to toys and bits left for children on not such nice weather days
Booking Terms
A £100 refundable damages and cancellations deposit taken on ALL bookings and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure as long as all t&c's are adhered to
No pets in this van (we do have a pet friendly van so please ask)
No smoking or vaping in the van
Guests must leave it clean tidy and damage free
Linen must be stripped from beds on day of departure and left on the beds
Check out time 10am
Check in time around 3pm if you require an early check in please ask
Full payment to be received 8 week before arrival if dates are close full balance required on booking
Maximum of 6 people ( if your require an 8 berth please ask)
