This caravan is a 12ft wide 36ft long Abi Trieste, it comprises of;

Double Glazing, Gas Central Heating, 42" Lcd TV, DvD Player, Xbox 360, Alarm, Toaster, kettle, Gas cooker, Fridge Freezer, Seperate Freezer, Microwave, Iron, Ironing Board, Hoover, Tea towels, Cleaning products, Patio Area, own driveway and Garden Chairs.

The main kingsize bedroom offers a smart tv, hairdryer, wardrobe, ironing board and iron, dressing table, En-suite with toilet and sink also toilet paper and hand soap,

second bedroom has twin beds a wardrobe plug sockets and dressing area with mirror.

a sofa bed is located in the lounge, beds will be made up for arrival but during these unpredictable times no quilts or pillows will be provided.

There is also a separate family shower room and w/c.

A fully equipped kitchen leads on to an open plan dining/living room which has a free view TV, DVD player and xbox 360 with one controller. If you want the xbox 360 to be left please bring your own games as games are not provided.

This caravan is sited on the Sea View park area which is close to the beach, dunes, lovely for walks with your family and pets. It is also close to the complex but not close enough to hear the night time noise coming from the entertainment.
The caravan has its own car parking space and a large storage shed can be availble if you want to bring the kids bikes, please request this if it is needed. Key safe is also attached to the caravan so that you can let yourself in once you have the code. Codes are changed regularly for security. A key fob will be provided to enable re-entering the park. If this fob is lost a charge of £30 will be requested to cover the cost of replacing it from Park Dean.

Sandy Bay Caravan Park itself has a beautiful sandy beach. The on-site facilities includes The Boathouse bar and restaurant, Show bar with full entertainment program, indoor heated swimming pool, soft play area, amusements, chip shop, convenient shop, launderette and an out door sports court.

The park is ideally located for visiting Northumberland’s surrounding attractions.

A £50.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the point of booking but is deducted from your overall caravan rental cost.
The balance is required 4 weeks prior to stay along with a £50.00 breakage bond which will be refunded after inspection of holiday home. If you are bringing pets there is also a £50 Deposit.

Early check in and late departure can be arranged.
