The caravan is situated on quite, well kept park within easy reach of sandy beaches and all the amenities and attractions of Hemsby. Just 500 meters from the Sundonwer park along the Newport Road is the popular Bermuda park offering free entry to their large cub house, during the main season a variety of acts and entertainment are available nightly, please note there is a swimming pool available to non residents at a small entrance fee. Just 6 miles from one of the UK's popular seaside resorts, Great Yarmouth and all that the town has to offer.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 50 is required to secure your booking or cancellation of your booking,with the balance payable no later than 4 weeks before your holiday.

we also charge a refundable damage deposit of 75 per booking, any damage to the caravan or contents during your holiday is the responsibility of the hirer and will result in the loss of you deposit.
The deposit will be returned to you upon a satisfactory inspection following your departure.

Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am

The caravan is to be left clean and tidy on departure.

Smoking is only permitted outside on the decking area.

All prices include gas and electric.

Small-medium size pet allowed in the Rio @ 25 per dog and additional dog will be charged at extra 15 and only with prior agreement.

Any unreasonable behaviour during your stay may result in being ask to leave the site immediately and no refund will be given.
