Our caravan has its own Wi-Fi, it’s included in the price so no extra costs. Bring your firestick or use your own Netflix account on our 42” Smart TV.

There is a gas fire in the main living area and oil radiators in the bedrooms for chilly nights
Smart TV and DVD Player in lounge along with a selection of board games, books, DVDs, and CDs for your enjoyment.
All Bedding is included.
No towels are supplied.

The caravan is based at the quiet end of the site, a five-minute walk to reception and entertainment complex.
WHAT'S ON
The site has a keenly priced shop, bar and entertainment complex which is particularly busy during the high season. They do a bingo session on Friday and Saturday nights as the season goes on finishing off with some entertainment.
There is a fitness room, games room and large soft-play area for our younger guests at a small cost on-site that you can access at reception.
Across the road from the site are a host of attractions including; large leisure play area for kids, trampolines, crazy golf, cinema and go-karts. A few minutes’ walk towards the town center you will find Arbroath famous indoor fair, Pleasureland and there is a Jumping joey before this.
If you wish to go sightseeing, for a game of golf or visit many of the attractions in the surrounding area you will not have too far to travel and your caravan will be a home for home for you at the end of a long and busy day. There are many lovely coastal areas nearby perfect for walks including the famous Arbroath cliffs.
McDonalds, KFC, B&Q and Asda are situated next to the site for everyday convenience.

The Sea Front Leisure Centre on site is home to a gaming arcade, fitness studio, bar and restaurant. You can also treat yourself to a takeaway from there too. Guests can enjoy live music in the venue during peak season and on weekends at the low season. Just across the road from Red Lion Holiday Park is West Links Beach, also known as Elliot Beach - a rocky beach with a play area to enjoy.
Places to visit during Red Lion holidays
Fancy exploring a new city? Take the 30-minute drive to the waterfront city of Dundee, or jump on the train at Arbroath station and spend the day exploring this city full of culture, landmarks and some fantastic eating and drinking establishments. The Arbroath Signal Tower Museum is a 15-minute walk away from the caravan park and visitors can discover the history of the tower and how a horse helped build the lighthouse!
