Quality divan bed, which is dressed & made for arriving guests, hand towels & face flannels and bath mats are included to the master suite.
SEPARATE BATHROOM
With Bath,vanity sink & wc also shaving points.Included is hand towels,& bath mats
KITCHEN;
A fully equipped kitchen kitchen with everything you could possibly need from a Tassimo to a 8kg washing machine & dishwasher.
Tea towels & washing up liquid provided.
BEDROOM 1 & 2
Both have Quality divan beds,bedding is provided,beds are dressed & made for arriving guests.
Lounge & dining area have Luxurious fixtures & fittings, including Leather pendragon suite,65 inch wall mounted smart tv .
At the front is a veranda with seating & lighting in the veranda platform.
Stepped & decked to the side with lockable gate.
Also is a newly built patio area with RATTEN furniture & parasol also a metal storage for pushchairs ect.
Ideally situated on the park,parking is immediately in front of my home.
Exellent amenities on park for all ages
Indoor outdoor pool with lazy river & is life guard patrolled .
Day time & evening entertainment & kids club.
Exellent bus service runs outside the park on a half hourly basis if you decide to nip to Weymouth for the beach.
PARK PRICES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE but can be purchased on day of arrival, which will entitle you to use seaview next door WEYMOUTH BAY SISTER PARK.
HIRE is only on a 3/4 or 7 night basis. 7 NIGHTS ONLY IN SCHOOL HALF TERM.
NO WEEKEND HIRE AVAILABLE.
Booking Terms
A £80 deposit is required upon booking & balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. The deposit is refundable on the following conditions.
There has been No loss,breakage or damage & All breakages Must be paid for.
No soiling to carpets,curtains,bedding ect & the caravan is left immaculate as you recieved it.
The lead person booking must be 21yrs & over.
Entertainment passes are not included in price .
Absolutely No pets Allowed.
No Smoking or VAPPING inside the caravan.
No charging of electric vehicles.
No stag or hen party’s allowed.
Once the caravan has been checked & keys returned deposits will be returned.
