Located on Devon’s South Coast, on a well regarded site with excellent facilities between Dawlish and Dawlish Warren, this well appointed 8 berth (3 bedroom) static home is an amazing base for your family to explore our wonderful County. Plenty of sandy beaches, stunning eateries and beautiful landscapes to discover! Sea Shore has its own parking space and a very short walk to a children’s park and dog exercise area. Keep an eye out for the little furry friends, that are seen all around the caravan. Hosts have an extensive local knowledge and are happy to advise on activities, eateries etc.

Booking Terms

Bookings must be a minimum of 1 week (Saturday to Saturday)
Confirmation requires £100 non refundable deposit.
A structured payment plan is available.
All balances must be paid 4 weeks in advance of check in date.
Any bookings within 4 weeks requires payment in full.
A damage deposit of £100 is payable 24 hours before check in - this is returned within 48 hours of our check our clean and inspection via bank transfer.
Caravan keys that are lost/damaged during stay is an automatic £50 deduction from damage deposit.
