We welcome guests to our family friendly caravan tucked away at the back of Millfields Caravan Park overlooking the beautiful countryside. Torbay is a 4 bed 8 berth caravan. Only 4 minute’s drive from fantasy island, Ingoldmells and 6 minute’s drive from Skegness. The park prides itself as a clean and secure family friendly park. A short walk away from the caravan are local pubs Cheers and Summerland’s. Take a walk or a 2 minute’s drive to Ingoldmells South Beach full of restaurants, bars, amusements and children’s rides. We aim to provide a home from home experience and are dog friendly.
Owner Description
The caravan consists of 1 double bedroom and 3 twin rooms all with quilts, pillows and a mattress protector. There is ample storage space in all 3 rooms.
There is a fully equipped Kitchen with hot water, sink, cooker and hob, medium sized fridge, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils such as; a diner set, pots, pans, cups, drinking glasses and cutlery.
The living and dining area consists of a large sofa which surrounds the room and a dining table which sits 8 people. There is a TV and DVD player and a mixed variety of children’s books, games and DVDs.
There are fitted electric heaters in all bedrooms and a working gas fire in the living area.
The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, fully working shower plus an additional separate toilet. There is sufficient storage space in the bathroom for towels etc.
Choose between two traditional sea-side towns of Ingoldmells and Skegness for a fun packed day out for all the family. Both can be reached by car or hop onto a local bus. Kean walkers can walk along the beach path.
Guests can buy day passes to Butlin’s. Prices vary depending on the season.
There is a welcome pack on the dining table which has a list of useful telephone numbers, activities and vouchers for a fun packed holiday.
A bus service is available at various stops along Roman Bank. There are car parking spaces dedicated to the caravan on site. There are various walks around the area which are clearly signposted.
Booking Terms
Guests can access the property via a keysafe. The code will be e-mailed an hour before arrival. We ask guests to return the key after their stay. Lost keys will incur a charge.
Deposits will not be refunded if anything in the caravan is lost, stolen or damaged.
We open our doors to guests with their dogs but ask for well behaved small to medium sized dogs only.
