1. Booking & Payment:
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in 1 week before your arrival date.
• Bookings made within 1 week of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
• A security deposit is required before key exchange to cover potential damages or missing items. Any deductions will be made accordingly.
2. Security Deposit:
• The security deposit reflects the number of people using the accommodation and the goods provided for your comfort.
• The deposit will be refunded within 2 days after check-out, subject to deductions for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
3. Occupancy & Charges:
• The property sleeps up to 9 guests. Extra charges apply for over 6 guests.
• Pet-friendly accommodation; additional fees apply per pet.
• Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan. Designated areas are provided outside.
4. Check-in & Check-out:
• Check-in time: 3pm | Check-out time: 12pm
• Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.
• Late departures will be charged £5 per hour.
• Please leave the caravan as you found it. Do not remove any items from the premises.
5. Facilities & Utilities:
• WiFi is available; however, mobile signal may be limited in the park. Use WhatsApp for clearer communication.
• Provided amenities include teas, coffees, sugars, sauces, pastas, fruits, toiletries, and cleaning supplies for your convenience. Please use only what is necessary and leave items for future guests.
• Boiler settings must not be adjusted or turned on/off manually.
• The caravan is located in a valley where weather may impact electricity supply; instructions are provided in case of power outages.
• Electricity Usage:
• Caravans have limited power capacity. Avoid using more than two high-powered appliances (e.g., hot tub, microwave, kettle) at once to prevent tripping the circuit.
• If the breaker trips, reset it using the external breaker switch outside the caravan. If the issue persists, check the interior breaker in the master bedroom wardrobe.
• In Case of a Holiday Park-Wide Power Outage:
• Use provided candles for lighting.
• Enjoy board games available in the cupboard under the TV.
• Explore local attractions, beaches, restaurants, or pubs while waiting for power to return.
6. House Rules:
• Shoes: No outdoor shoes inside the caravan. Excessive dirt will incur additional cleaning charges.
• Pets: Pets must be kept clean and off furniture. Cover any pet-related items when not in use. No pets allowed in the hot tub. Any pet fur or dirt on furniture requiring deep cleaning will be charged.
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside. Please use outdoor ashtrays provided.
• Hot Tub:
• Always cover when not in use with the inflatable insulation cover.
• Do not add soap, oils, or fragrances to the water.
• Do not adjust heating or circulation settings.
• Reset the system if needed, ensuring the cover remains zipped.
• Fire Pit Table:
• Never leave it unattended or allow children near it.
• Do not burn items other than firewood and cover when not in use.
7. Resort Facilities & Extras:
• Guests have access to resort amenities, including the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and entertainment. Some facilities may require an additional fee.
• Optional extras, such as bikes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and kite surfing equipment, are available for hire and must be pre-booked.
8. Charges Deducted From Deposit:
Charges apply for missing or damaged items, including:
• Unauthorized purchases on TV apps.
• Missing or used complimentary goods (kitchen and bathroom supplies).
• Hot tub damages or improper use.
• Fire pit table cleaning, damages, improper use, or missing coals.
• Smoking indoors or cigarette butts on the decking or caravan premises.
• Shoes worn indoors causing excessive dirt on carpets.
• Pet-related mess requiring deep cleaning.
• Missing or damaged board games and puzzles.
• Missing/damaged exercise and sports equipment.
• Lost or damaged cleaning tools/products.
• Missing towels, bedding, or reserve stock.
9. Extras Available for Rent:
• Additional keys – £10
• Electric bikes – £40 per day
• Wetsuits – £10 per day
• Kayaks – £20 per day
• Paddleboards – £20 per day
• Kite surfing kit – £40 per day
10. Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellations made 1 month before arrival will receive a partial refund (minus the deposit).
• No refunds for cancellations made within 2 months of arrival.
• We recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

11. Damage & Liability:

• Guests are responsible for any damages or losses during their stay and must report issues immediately.
• The owners accept no liability for loss, injury, or accidents during your stay.

12. Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Please leave the property clean and tidy upon departure. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
• Maintenance issues should be reported immediately to ensure a prompt resolution.

13. Emergency Procedures:

• In the event of an electrical outage, follow the provided instructions to reset the power.
• Use provided candles and board games during outages and explore local attractions if necessary.

14. Force Majeure:

• The owners are not liable for events beyond their control, such as extreme weather or government restrictions affecting your stay.
