The caravan is situated on Owens Caravan Park offering families a great value holiday. We are situated near the fairground, pubs, clubs and the local market. Gas and electric are included in the holiday price. Fresh bedding additional £30 per week. It's a great place for a family holiday or just a peaceful getaway for a couple. without all the noise and bustle of the centre. we are a short walk to the beach. The camp has a lovely Café, the food is excellent and the service is really nice. very welcoming. The café also has an outside seating area. they also do an excellent takeaway service. The camp has a very good Launderette, call into the office for brochures and leaflets for a day out suggestions. CCTV Security on camp, Wifi available from reception.
Owner Description
1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms and a pull out double bed under lounge seating area. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, also a separate toilet, fully equipped fitted kitchen with full size cooker, there is a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge freezer, everything you need. lounge with gas fire, smart tv, dvd player, dining table with chairs and seating. outside you will find a dining table and chairs for those warm nights. Parking is just outside of the caravan. Duvets and pillows are provided by us, sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels are not provided, you will need to bring your own. Gas and Electric is included in the holiday price.
Booking Terms
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to ensure booking. Full
Balance to be paid 14 days before holiday unless bookings taken at
short notice. There is a £50 cleaning/breakage bond to be paid with your balance, this will be refunded after the caravan has been inspected for any breakages or damage on your departure. The caravan is only available for hire by families and responsible couples. Owens Caravan Park cannot accommodate all male or all female parties.
