Games for all ages and books, A welcome basket on arrival, tea,coffee,and sugar sachets, biscuits, crisps, chocolate, juice and a pint of milk. Extras - Linen with towels on request, and travel cot(you bring your own bedding), well behaved dogs welcome
Owner Description
Situated in Pendine Sands Carmarthenshire Parkdean resorts Nellie is situated on the lower part of Sandringham Rise and stands in a little bit more of a secluded area.
Nellie has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6-8 bed, she is a comfort caravan and has 1 double bed bedroom with tv and 2 single bed twin rooms, 1 & a 1/2 bathrooms.
She has an ironing board, iron, and clothes airer.
Kitchen
Dining table and chairs,
Cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, slow cooker, air fryer, food mixer, mini food chopper, various cooking utensils, saucepans, frying pan, 4 slice toaster, Tassimo coffee machine and cafetiere, plates, knives and forks + glasses.
Stand alone sofas in the living area with nest of tables, foot rest, 2 comfy stools, Tv stand, smart TV with netflix.
Patio windows.
Booking Terms
£100 security bond secures booking and is refundable after manager clean.
Monday - Friday and Friday - Monday, £50 discount for 7 night bookings,
£100 discount for 14 night bookings.

Check In

Key lock box code will be issued 15 mins before check in.
Check in time is 4pm
Check out time is at 10 am.
For 3 pm check in and 11 am check out there will be a fee of £30 each.
NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING AT ANY TIME.
MAXIMUM OF 8 GUEST
if exceeded you will be asked to leave or removed from site.
SMOKING
A no smoking policy is in place.
A no drugs policy is in place which includes taking personal items contaminated with the smell of drugs into the caravan. Please clear up cigarette butts etc from patio.
Do not use any crockery, pyrex dishes or saucepans as ashtrays or anything else belonging to the caravan costs will be deducted from your security bond.
Any residue smells of tobacco use or drugs will result in your security bond being with held.
I have put an ashtray next to the metal shed and wall, please put it back after use as the wind will blow it away. Please empty after your stay.
Pets
All pets brought into the caravan are your responsibility, they are not to be left unsupervised.
If your pet has a tendency to scratch or claw curtains, nets, carpets, sofas, beds, bedding, or any other furniture you will be held responsible which will result in your security bond being with held or costs deducted.
Pets brought into the caravan that have not been paid for will result in deducting the fee plus extra cleaning cost from your security bond.
REMOVAL OF RUBBISH
Please remove all rubbish from the caravan on check out, empty all bins and dispose in Park Dean bins, if left on the patio seagulls will break rubbish bags open and have a lovely picnic, clearing up after seagulls will cost us extra which will be passed onto you and taken off of your security bond.
BOILER
Please do not put on comfort mode as this does not heat the caravan but constantly heats the hot water. Please turn heating off when it's not needed days & nights out etc.
Turn boiler off on check out.
CHECK OUT
remove bed linen from beds and please leave outside bedroom doors.
Remove all food, condiments, and ice cubes from cupboards, fridge and freezer.
Turn boiler & fridge off.
Make sure windows are secure, and internal doors left open, external doors are locked and key lock box is secured.
DAMAGES
Tables are not to be sat on,
All damaged and stolen items must be paid for, any malicious damages will be reported.
