Our beautiful luxury holiday home is situated at the end of a quiet road, opposite is views of the jet-ski lake which you can enjoy from inside or outside the caravan. Our outside decking area houses a sunken hot tub to the rear and a rattan L-shape sofa located at the front. It has gas central heating for those cosy warm winter nights and double glazing to keep the warmth in.

What's available at the park?
Home to a Water Sports Centre with Jet-Ski, Water-Ski and sofa rides available in the warmer months.
Also is an Aqua park which hosts a kids club on water, wake-boarding on zip wire, and a inflatable obstacle course and for the little 1’s a pirate ship ride.
Ample of fishing lakes to choose from ranging from hard to easy and big to small.
A High Ropes wall, plus a number of other activities going on throughout the day. Tattershall Lakes Country Park really is the place for all the family to visit!*
The Merlin Complex provides an in door Swimming Pool, Spa Facilities, indoor splash zone, Bars (including a brand new rooftop cocktail bar), Restaurants, Arcade, entertainment including an outdoor cinema over looking the lake (seasonal and weather permitting). Your days could be spent lounging on the man made beaches and your evenings watching your favorite films whilst eating toasted marsh mellows from the fire pit.
For the little ones there are seasonal extras such as face painting and games. The Splash Zone which is next to a funky new park will offer your children hours of fun in the summer whilst you can relax with a drink at the bar which over looks the play area. Additional activities are available such as Archery, Crazy Golf, Bike hire, nerf wars, and laser tag.
Also onsite is a convenience shop for all your needs.

Booking Terms
To secure a date a £100 non refundable deposit is required with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Providing the holiday is all paid for your non refundable deposit will be turned into a £100 refundable damage deposit and is refunded within 7 working days of departure providing the accommodation is left as it was found with no damage or misuse.
All bedding is provided for each bed, guests are welcome to bring their own towels as all that’s provided by us is 2 hand towels.
All payments and refunds are via bank transfer and breaks can be paid off in instalments (providing the final sum is paid before 4 weeks of arrivial).
