Booking Terms
Please can you state how many people will be staying in the caravan also lead person needs to be 21 and over and provide owner with name ages and contact details including email address payment will be through bank transfer we will accept cheques but please allow 5 working days to clearI Also please can you include a contact number.number
Deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking and Outstanding amount to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to holiday start date, if less than six weeks then full amount will be required. Passes to Haven entertainment and facilities not included in the price we do take into consideration that you have to buy passes separate that's why our prices are considerably cheaper than Haven . Checking in time is 3pm And checking out time is 10am.
A Security Bond of £50 will be added to your holiday price this is required to secure your booking also to cover against any damage or loss caused, and will be refunded providing there is no damage or loss at the end of your stay after the caravan has been checked within 3 working days .
Outstanding amount to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to holiday start date, if less than six weeks then full amount will be required.

If You decide to cancel then your £50 Security Bond will be refunded, but you will lose your £100 deposit if you have paid in full and has given me at least 4 weeks notice then any amount over the £!00 will be refunded.
Should I Have to Cancel due to unforeseen circumstances I will refund the whole amount you have paid
Checking in time is 3pm And checking out time is 10am.
We also ask that No felt tipped sensor crayons are to be used inside the caravan
All sandy clothing shoes etc to be shaken outside the caravan
Nothing but toilet tissue to be put down the toilets.
Nothing other than towels to be dried on the heated towel rail, there are pegs and a small hanging line for wet items provided also there is a launderette on site
Please do not move, alter settings or switch off Wi Fi router
Please turn off the TV also all lights including outside light when you vacate the caravan
All Cutlery and Crockery etc must be washed up and put away, also all rubbish to be emptied into the bins provided by the Park
PLEASE NOTE NO MORE THAN ONE CAR TO BE PARKED OUTSIDE MY CARAVAN AS ONLY ONE SPACE ON TARMAC NO PARKING ON GRASS AREA OR PATIO SLABS AS DAMAGE HAS BEEN CAUSED ALS O ITS HAVEN RULES AS THEY NEED TO BE ABLE TO CUT THE GRASS,
There are other carparks near by that you can park a second car.
I have no problem with people unloading but please move the 2nd car afterwards please,
