Owner Description
This caravan has 3 bedrooms, all with wardrobe space and electric heaters, the lounge has a gas fire, 32 inch tv and blu ray player, In the kitchen you will find all usual crockery and cutlery , full size cooker, microwave , kettle and sandwich toaster. The site has pubs ,market ,shops etc all on the doorstep,just 2 minutes walk. Also the well known FANTASY ISLAND across the road. Outside the site a bus can be taken to skegness and chappel st leonards etc.
Booking Terms
A £50 bond is taken to confirm booking and is only returned after your stay if no damage or breakages. The deposit will not be paid back if you cancel as people in the past we have let people book without a deposit and they have cancelled at the last minute meaning we have an empty caravan. The holiday must be paid for at least 2 weeks before your stay.
