*COVID-19 Update* We have a cleaner go in between guests, she will clean and sanitize the caravan and make your beds up ready for your arrival. We provide cleaning products and soap, we hope to make your stay as safe as possible. The site has social distancing measures in place, the facilities are open but at a smaller capacity. The pool has reopened but you have to book a slot at reception. As instructed by the site ParkDean Resorts we have removed all none essential items like cushions, ornaments, books and puzzles etc this is to make the caravan easier to clean and safer for our guests ABI Colorado Deluxe 37’ x 12’ Our caravan has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 people. One double room, 2 twin rooms and a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge. All bedrooms have fan heating, gas fire in lounge. Heated towel rail in bathroom. Parking at the side or end of the caravan. Veranda with outdoor seating. Gas & Electric included. Quilts & pillows provided. Sited at California Cliffs Holiday Park

ABI Colorado Deluxe 37’ x 12' wide with veranda and low steps.
Master bedroom with double bed and memory foam mattress.
2 twin bedrooms with 2 single beds, all have foam mattresses on. One single room has tv with DVD player.
Lounge has pull-out double sofa bed. Tv with freeview and DVD player. PlayStation with selection of games, books, puzzles etc
Spacious kitchen with lots of cupboard space, gas cooker, microwave, tall fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board. All cutlery, pots and pans including plastic for children to use.
Hoover and all cleaning products supplied.

The site has heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool with flume. Crazy golf, Go-karts, hire shop, hire bikes, pushchairs etc all sports court, adventure playground, Kids club, evening entertainment, restaurant, snack-bar, arcade, shop, laundrette and chip shop.
Just across the road to the beach, there is a slope down to the beach easily accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
Locally there is a Chinese takeaway, chip shops, arcade, snack bar, California Tavern pub, Whites Lounge Bar, Moments Restaurant, Tastebuds cafe, Post Office, garden centre, bakery
A short drive into the centre of Great Yarmouth and on the doorstep of the beautiful Norfolk Broads.
Booking Terms
£50 deposit needed to hold your booking.
£75 refundable security bond required and returned after your holiday as long as there is no loss or damage.

We have a key safe for easy arrivals.
No smoking
Dogs allowed but we do need to know what breed as the site does have a list of breeds not permitted on site
