Sandy Bay Beach is just minutes away with direct access from the site. This privately owned, newly refurbished, clean and spacious 6 berth caravan is for rent. Stunning white free-standing sofas and white carpets. Located on Cypress Way at Haven's beautiful Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Front and side decking with modern rattan furniture to sit and relax, enjoying the sea views. Bedding and linen is provided for your convenience but please bring your own towels. Action packed park with swimming pools, children's play areas, entertainment venue, mini golf, restaurant, pubs .....and many more exciting and fun times to be had by all.

Privately owned, newly refurbished, clean and spacious 6 berth caravan with front and side decking, located on Cypress Way at Haven's beautiful Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.
One master bedroom with en-suite WC/basin and two twin rooms, with pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
The perfect location for couples or families, with the beautiful Sandy Bay located only minutes away on foot.
Bedding and bed linen is provided.
Please note that bedding and bed linen is provided for 6 persons.
We do not supply towels.
Well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Hairdryer.
One allocated car parking space.
Full gas central heating and double glazing.
32 inch TV in the master bedroom and 40 inch TV in the lounge.
Entertainment Passes can be purchased direct from Haven.
Bookings are based on a 7 night stay; Saturday to Saturday.
Sorry no Smoking or Vaping in the caravan or on the decking area.
Unfortunately we do not allow Pets.

Booking Terms
* A deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking.
* Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should your arrival date be less than 8 weeks at the time of booking, then the full balance is required.
* Your £150 deposit is held as a refundable security deposit till after your stay. Once the holiday home is checked for damages, breakages, losses and stains on goods and upon the key being returned to the keysafe, Your deposit will be returned to you. Usually within 7 days.
* On departure the holiday home should be left clean, tidy and free of rubbish.
* No pets allowed.
* Smoking & Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the holiday home and also outside on the decking area.
* No BBQ’s on the decking area.
* Due to Park Rules, we cannot accept any bookings of persons all of same sex or groups of persons under the age of 25.
* Check-In is at 3pm and Check-Out is at 10am.
* We do not supply any Park Passes. These need to be purchased direct from Haven.
* Should you wish to cancel your booking then our Cancellation Policy is that if you cancel you’re booking 60 days or more prior to your arrival date then you will lose your £150 deposit. Should you cancel 30-60 days before, then you will lose 50% of all monies paid. If you cancel less than 30 days before, then you will lose all monies paid apart from the £150 damages deposit.
