Sunflower Lodge is a 40ft by 12ft 2019 Atlas Chorus Platinum Caravan
Sleeping 8 in luxury in a very very quiet part of the park
With Stunning Seaviews and direct beach access from Cormorant you couldn't be closer to the beach and sea
With Wraparound non slip decking with patio furniture, Superfast 4G WIFI, central heating, private designated parking bay and outside seating
The caravan briefly comprises:
3 bedrooms
1 double with en suite toilet and sink, and large wardrobe for storage
2 twin bedrooms with toilet and shower room opposite
Pull out bed in the lounge if required
40 inch flatscreen tv in lounge with free view and built in DVD player
20 inch flatscreen tv in the master bedroom
Superfast 4G Wifi
Large comfy sofa in the lounge
Electric fire
Portable Bluetooth speakers in the Lounge and Master bedroom
A fully equipped kitchen with all cutlery, plates, cups and glasses, gas cooker and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and egg boiler for chucky eggs and soldiers
A large selection of DVD’s, board games, cards, dominoes, jigsaws, puzzles and books will keep the whole family entertained
For your convenience a hairdryer is located in the master bedroom
A High chair, travel cot, changing mat and bottle warmer along with children’s cutlery, bowls and beakers are provided for the little one's
All bedding is provided and made up for arrival but bedding is needed for the travel cot if required
Hand towels are provided in both toilets but please bring your own bath towels
A ironing board and iron and all associated cleaning equipment is provided
A shoe rack and a cupboard for drying wet coats is available along with a clothes dryer, umbrellas are also provided
Wraparound non slip safety decking and a lock on the gate adds safety and piece of mind
A fire extinguisher and 1st aid kits are also provided along with smoke detectors a carbon monoxide detector and external CCTV for guest safety
For your first night’s stay complimentary tea, coffee and sugar are provided
It is a short walk directly to the beach from Cormorant 4 and a short walk to all park facilities
The cormorant development even has it’s duck pond for the kids to feed the ducks directly across from our caravan!!
Bring plenty of bread because the ducks love to be fed!!
An ideal base for exploring the park, surrounding areas and indeed the whole of Yorkshire

Booking Terms
A £25.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking
(Currently refundable due to the current pandemic)
A £100.00 refundable damages deposit is also required which is repaid upon a suitable inspection of the caravan after cleaning
Final balance to be paid 28 days before the commencement of your stay
We operate an Easy pay scheme which allows for installments to be made towards the total balance of the booking
A lot of our guests find this a useful option - Please ask for full details
No smoking, no pets and no large same sex groups are permitted
Principle hirer must be aged 21 or over
Check in at 3pm - Check out at 10am
