Our 2014 caravan located on the 5* Littlesea Holiday Park has everything you require for a fantastic holiday
The caravan has 2 bedrooms, consisting of one double bedroom with ensuite and twin bedroom. In the lounge there is also a double bed if needed.
The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet

The well fitted kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 6 people and includes gas cooker, fridge pots and pans, crockery, toaster, microwave oven.

The lounge has a large sofa and separate bench seat with table and stools, as well as free view TV, DVD player and gas fire.

The plot that the caravan is sited on is a large corner plot meaning it benefits from lots of outside space and is close to a small child sand/play area.

Duvets and pillows are included in the price; you just need to bring your bed linen towels and tea towels.
Electric and gas are included in the price of your stay.

Some of the park facilities require a pass which is obtainable from Littlesea Holiday Park main reception at an extra cost on arrival.
The cost for each Fun Pass is as follows:

Off Peak dates:
Adult 7 nights are £23.00 3/4 nights are £19.00
Child (under 15) 7 nights are £11.00 3 or 4 nights are £9.00

Peak dates:
Adult 7 nights are £32.00 3/4 nights are £27.00
Child (under 15) 7 nights are £16.00 3 or 4 nights are £13.00

Please note that prices are capped for each accommodation, the capped prices are as follows:

Off Peak Dates:

A 3 bedroom accommodation is capped at £115.00 for 7 nights and £99.00 for 3/4 nights.

Peak Dates:

A 3 bedroom accommodation is capped at £152.00 for 7 nights and £130.00 for 3/4 nights.

Bookings:

Payment can be made by Cheque or BACS.

A deposit of £75.00 (non-refundable) is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday, unless the booking is made less than 4 weeks, in which event the full payment would be required.

We also require a deposit of £50 to cover any damage, loss or breakages.This will be returned to you once the caravan has been checked after your departure and that everything has been found to be ok
