Comfortable New 2 bedroom caravan in the village of Pendine. Just across from the beach. It has a decking area. Overlooking a grassy area. The caravan has its own parking space. The site itself has a pub with an outdoor play area, a clubhouse with amusements and small outdoor play area, and a small indoor swimming pool. However, whether these amusements will be open depends on the government guidelines on the pandemic. Halloween half term, lots of activities for adults and children. New year activities in the club . Lots of lovely walks nearby.
Owner Description
The caravan is situated in a quieter, elevated plot. The lounge has patio doors opening out to an outdoor seating / dining area. There is a TV, radio and DVDs player. The sofa can also be converted into an extra bed.
It has a modern kitchen / diner with fridge / freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher , double glazing and central heating.
The twin bedroom has two single beds, which can be put together to make a double bed.
There is a wc with a shower.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .
Booking Terms
Booking fees
£50 deposit required upon booking, returned if there is no damage.
Balance to be paid 7 days before holiday.
Booking for winter periods £450 per week October - January
Spring and summer bookings off peak £700 per week ( short breaks £110 per night)
Peak - School holidays £750 per week ( short breaks £120 per night)
Bedding is provided at a cost of £15 , please Provide your own towels .
Entry to the caravan is from 12 midday. Leaving time is 10 am.
