Thank you for looking at our 3 bedroom, 6 berth caravan. We offer a modern van with large living area complete with a 55inch smart TV, inc Netflix, plus dining table & chairs There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, 1 with a generous sized shower. Large outside decking with furniture, buckets & spades in the storage box. Children are welcome-there is travel cot, high chair and toys inside. Wifi included!
Owner Description
Spacious family caravan, with large decking, close to the beach and a few minute walk to the complex. Double glazed and centrally heated. It is sited on a 12mth pitch and I welcome winter long let. Caravan is deep cleaned annually and bedding replenished. I include all bedding (duvets/pillows & covers) with your booking. Checking in time is 130, check out 1030. I can offer short breaks, weekends and week long holidays. Early or late check in is possible depending on time of year.
The caravan boasts views towards the great orm and Gwrych Castle.
A definite home from home, I want you to relax and enjoy your holiday, basic cleaning items are available inc bin bags. I hope you will respect the caravan and leave it as you would like to find it.

Maximum number of guests 6 (additional babies can be discussed)
No pets allowed
No smoking inside caravan
No large party groups- large families welcome.
£50 deposit required to booked, payment must be recieved in full 4 weeks before stay.
Registration fee extra and prices start from £20 per adult.
